Choose a Service

Option 1   –   ‘Tenant Find Only’

We find the appropriate tenant and the Landlord takes over his investment thereafter. This option is designed for Landlords who prefer to deal with tenants themselves and who have experience in these matters.

 Overview: Tenant Find Only

When a suitable tenant is found we will:

  • Have our friendly and professional staff accompany all prospective tenants to viewings.
  • Provide prospective tenants with a comprehensive self-explanatory application form.
  • Arrange credit checks, references and explain to the potential tenant the necessity for a guarantor.
  • Once we have compiled all the relevant information, if you so desire, we will contact you and go through the application form step by step before any final decisions are made.

If you are happy for us to proceed we will:

  • Ensure all Landlord certificates:
  • gas certificates
  • electrical certificates (where necessary)
  • Store copies of these documents on landlords behalf
  • Prepare the Tenancy Agreement and Guarantor Agreement
  • Liaise with tenant to establish a suitable ‘move in’ date
  • Collect deposit and one month’s rent in advance
  • Deposits collected will be placed into the DPS Scheme
  • Obtain signatures from Landlord, Tenant and Guarantor
  • Move in tenant

Option 2    –    ‘ Tenant Find and Full Management’

We find the appropriate tenant and then provide a full management package leaving the landlord with peace of mind and stress free.

Option 3    –    ‘ Tenant Find and Full Management Premier’

We find the appropriate tenant and then provide a full management package which includes Rent Guarantee, with this fantastic package we aim to give the landlord complete piece of mind.
